I understand that the Regional Planning Commission voted to NOT RECOMMEND the project. Many of the concerns expressed on this blog were the reasons why they voted against the project.

I also understand that around 100 area residents did attend the meeting last night. Now the trustees need to hear from the rest of us on the 23rd.

If that is the case and the development fails. I hope the landowners cram a few thousand houses in there.

No the developer should pay

The developer should pay to improve the infrastructure to support the development, they are here because of the market, so pay for the privledge no Tif, tax incentives or city or county handouts.
