Where were the trash bags?
Maybe I was at a different game last night. I saw a LOT of black & purple but no trash bags. I saw those kind of spirit towels with school logos flying around but no paper money.
There was taunting like you see at any game - some of it pretty amusing.
It started with things like North saying, ''Who is Schnieder?'' to at the end of the game Central saying, ''We LOVE Schneider!'' Also comments of, ''She's a freshman!'' were given right back to North as, ''She's a freshman!'' when Emilee #50 made some terrific plays.
It was a terrific high school basketball game - pretty close and it was a good thing that Central had the lead they did in the first half because in the second half Stevens got double teamed until they wore her out. The girls exhibited great sportsmanship and it was a game we could all be proud of.
