The Violet Township Zoning Commission will continue the public hearing for Case Number 01-ZC-2006 on Tuesday, April 18, 2006 at 7:30 p.m. at the Pickerington North High School (Performing Arts Center), 7800 Refugee Road, Pickerington, Ohio 43147.

This application, filed by TLG Development Company Inc. proposes to rezone 106 +/- acres located on the north and south sides of Refugee Road, east of Pickerington Road, from the R-1 and R-2 Single Family Residential Districts to the C-2, Limited Commercial District in order to accommodate commercial development with out-parcel retail/office buildings.

After the conclusion of the public hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Violet Township Board of Trustees for its action.

Sounds like their planning and zoning committee is sending this to the trustees for a vote while taking no action themselves.

Are they voting on April 18th?
