I'm going to go out on a limb here, but I feel that this needs to be said...

I was a little taken by surprise at the language used by HOA Trustee and others during the past several days in the discussions regarding yard signs. I have to tell you that I came pretty close to deleting these postings. I stopped short of such drastic action but none the less, I was disturbed by these postings.

If this is what PATA has become, I want no part of it. This site is dedicated to creating and discussing ideas that impact the lives of everyone in Pickerington and Violet Township. I'm not aware that this site is intended to be used to belittle or degrade other readers with foul language. I know that from time to time members post items of a pretty brazen nature regarding our political leaders, but I feel that this crossed the line.

I have not talked to the Roadrunner about this posting, but I am saying now that if these postings continue I will have nothing fruther to do with the PATA website.

Coyote - you sound an awful lot like Central Mom in your ''my way or the highway'' philosophy of late. Maybe you two should get together for coffee and commiserate. I personally think you and Roadrunner have done a great job at getting this forum back in front of people?’s eyes. You have to take the good with the bad from the posters and simply have to stop taking things personally. Someone was bemoaning Bob Harding?’s absence from this site. Have you read any of the postings from when he was a frequent visitor? The nastiness you see today pales in comparison. Plus he was getting harassed at home.

This community has become polarized on EVERY issue. That is evidenced in this forum. Plus you have those, whether new visitors or derelicts from the past, who do no more than incite and inflame, just because they can. They can because this is an anonymous forum. Unless that changes the attacks won?’t stop. If you change to a forum that you have to post your name, you will have something almost as pathetic as what Sabatino tried in his anti-PATA site.

Stick with it Coyote. Stop taking offense to so many postings. See if you can create a relationship with Central Mom or someone where you can work through things together. We need posters like her (or him), too. Talk to Roadrunner. Apparently he or she is not taking offense to postings or doesn?’t spend too much time on this site. Maybe it would help if you just let the site run on autopilot for a while and checked in only once a week or so. You don?’t need a subject of the week the rest of this week or next. The elections will take care of that.

Be glad that you are repulsed by it, Coyote. Because if you weren't and somehow wrote it off as ''having a bit of fun'' or ''venting'', you too would be deceived like these evildoers have deceived themselves. They're making all kinds of excuses to justifying why they write such hatred but it is truly out of the abundance of their hearts that they do it. Their hearts have become evil and they don't even know it! You see, I was once like these haters but I changed. Not many can and you can't do it alone but it can be done. So it's good that you?’re upset with these postings.

And you evildoers writing this hatred: don't try to pummel me with your hate because I an so repulsed by your evil that I won't be coming back any time soon. So save your energy. But I will be praying for you! :0) Matt 5:44
