Who's in charge?

Posted in: PATA
NW Club

Are you implying that the NW club is still significant?

They don?’t even have a website to purport their agenda! There is a link on the county GOP site to the big ole NW club?…but it?’s dead.

Oh well.
Hilarious!

The RCNWFC was so afraid that Brian Fox and Lee Gray would try to infiltrate their top-secret meetings and made membership requirements so stringent that they made themselves irrelevant!

Are Kyle Farmer and Steve Elsea campaigning that they are ''founding members''????

If they are, the joke's on them!

Contrary to popular belief

You, I and every other registered voter is who is in charge of this county. Yes there are 2 significant camps, both filled to the brim with egomaniacs who believe they are running the show and are of some significance but I don't agree.

We went through the Fox era and we saw what that did to the county. Necessary changes have been made but many of the same people are still around and desperately trying to regain some power.

Now we're going through the 'ethical' era with those who believe the holier than thou approach is the way to go. Problem with that approach is that when misdeeds are done, which they almost always are, you come out looking like a huge hypocrite. ie. Ken Blackwell.

Many people are completely disgusted with both camps and are just looking for good people to vote for.

If we don't like the actions of our elected officials then vote them out of office, no matter what camp they come from. We all need to be involved and willing to put our name on the line if we feel that type of change is necessary.

Steve Elsea started out the NW club with the best intentions and accomplished much in its infancy. However other forces came into play and has left the club in shambles with many, many upset members and former-members.

My May votes are towards the best people that I think will do the best for the Republican party: Jim Petro, Tim Schaffer, Gerald Stebelton, Steve Elsea, Barbara Curtiss, Kathy Mowry, Deborah Smalley.

Don't assume I'm completely supportive of this entire list, some are definitely the 'better of these 2 choices' rather than the best person for the job.

Come November I like many other Republicans won't be voting the party line but I'm voting for the best my party has to give in May.

One of Russell Johnson's boy's

Well today my wife and I received four pieces of mail from Mr. Kyle Farmer or his surrogates. Farmer claims on all four that is a fiscal conservative. So if Mr. Farmer is so conservative then why send my wife and I FOUR campaign flyers 5 days before the election?

The one flyer claimed that this brochure was not authorized by any candidate. Then how did they get away with printing Kyle Farmers picture in the piece and recite his positions? Clearly Mr. Farmer's supporters are slicksters.

His whole platform is vague and none specific. His is going to force the state to live within its budget, ''ENCOURAGE'' business to Ohio, and reduce tax burdens for Ohioans.

First of all Mr. Farmer is a school teacher. What does he know about keeping any kind of budget?

Mr. Farmer has never been elected to any public office. So how does Mr. Farmer plan to get these ideas of his through the General Assembly?

Here again he claims he wants to reduce the taxes for Ohioans. So if he reduces taxes then how does he support our schools? At least that was want he was saying last week in both phone calls and more brochures.

Clearly Mr. Farmer is saying anything and everything the voters want the hear. However is sending it out in separate mailings so many of us won't catch on.

In other words I do not believe anything Farmer is saying. Sometimes silent is golden. I will vote for one of his opponents.

Can't leave my name I am afraid I will get my mail box filled up again and the phone ringing off the hook.
