I appreciate your response and would like to think that it may be residents putting the signs up (as opposed to aggressive campaigners) while being unaware of deed restrictions prohibiting them (it really amazes me that people aren't aware of them even though we've done almost everything to communicate them short of tattoing them backwards on their forehead).
