WITHOUT ANY SPECIFIC INFORMATION GIVEN, THE POSTER RAISES CONCERNS. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO GIVE SPECIFICS, YOU ARE JUST STIRRING THE POT WITH YOUR OWN SUSPICIONS, NOT FACTS. ISN'T IT AMAZING HOW SOMEONE CAN PROMOTE SOMETHING WITHOUT CONCERN FOR THE TRUTH.

No one accused anyone of anything Davey. Relax. I don't know who Watchful is but I myself saw a sunshine violation just the other day in a restaraunt.

Sunshine laws
FYI - sunshine laws are violated when a quorum of elected officials meet to discuss official matters.
ie. 4 members of council can't meet in private discussing city matters. (7 member council - 3 is not a quorum, 4 is).
Ted and Jeff can meet since finance is 4 members - quorum would be 3. Ted, Jeff and Brian couldn't if they're meeting about finance matters.
Heidi and Ted couldn't meet about service items because service committee is 3 members. Heidi, Jeff and Cristie could.
Harry and Terry can't discuss township matters outside of open meeting since a quorum is 2 (3 township trustees).
Same goes for the school board.

Proof Positive
Much to the chagrin of my better half I decided to play Sherlock Holmes for a week to see what I may learn about Sunshine Law violations. It sure didn?’t take long and I didn?’t have to spend my whole social security check eating breakfast out for a month.
This week at the Stonecreek Diner in front of Tractor Supply on Hill Road North a quorum of the city Rules Committee convened a meeting.
A complaint HAS BEEN FILED with the Ohio Ethics Commission.
