What came of that wonderful opportunity for the JEDD or CEDA for the whopping 3.3 acres on Wright Road? Certainly the city, in the spirit of cooperation, would initiate a sewer plant expansion and pay all the money for the sewer and water lines to reap 1/2 the huge amount of dollars development on this 3.3 are parcel would generate.
Hey city, since Wright Road will be terminated at Pickerington Ponds (through cooperative agreement with Columbus) why not just annes all of the area along Wright Road to the terminus or cul-de-sac Wright Road will become.
I see an opportunity for a rezoning of all that to commercial/industrial with the Diley improvements coming.
