They can order split sessions if the bond issue fails, even though it's more expensive than adding trailers, in order to punish parents who don't vote the way they want you to.
They can refuse to do an IEP on your kid if they disagree with the doctor's diagnosis.
They can threaten you if you don't put your kid on the drugs they think he or she should be on.
Now they even have attack dogs on this website.
