My neighbor is circulating a petition to separate from the city of Pickerington and stay in Violet Township. That way we get to keep our excellent fire department, plus there's no income tax! Also, our property tax will go down because we won't have to pay into the Pickerington police department. We'll still have the Fairfield County Sheriff, and we'll get to choose our garbage service and get our roads plowed by the township.

I like this better than Hackworth's cockamamie plan. That jerk makes me cringe every time he opens his mouth. I can't believe I ever voted for him.

Not Rich Enough for Ted's Plan

I'm glad somebody's doing something, because I'm not rich enough for Hackworth's tax cuts. I read his explanations, and if he has his way he'll raise everyone else's taxes, except for seniors.

If they want to stay in the Township why are they circulting a petition to seperate from the City? No wonder you are having problem with tax questions you don't exactly know where you live.

When do you hear him, when (Mr. Hackworth) he opens his mouth? Do you talk with Mr. Hackworth regularly? Do to hear other voices as you wonder in and out of Pickerington?
