Keep it in the state of Ohio. We are almost surrounded by it now. Millions maybe billions of Ohio dollars are crossing state lines to never return.
Build a hotel now with a walkway to a riverboat on the Scioto or Olentangy...do it on both...let there be multiple boats. Screw the politico's in Northern Ohio and Southern Ohio that want to limit the possibility of it to there areas only. MAKE IT HAPPEN IN C-BUS and watch the tax generating development follow. It would be HUMONGOUS!
