I am wondering about some city costs.

- Today I received a real pretty water/sewer bill from the city. I must admit this new and pretty full color bill makes me want to pay faster.

What the hell happened to the POST CARD sized bill?

Now we have a multi-colored 8.5'' x 11'' bill that contains EXACTLY THE SAME INFORMATION as the good ole post card version. The bill also contains a pre-addressed envelope for your convienence.

THIS IDIOTIC IDEA, AT THE VERY LEAST, HAS DOUBLED (maybe tripled) THE COST OF PROCESSING THE WATER/SEWER BILLS!

FYI, postcards cost .23 to mail at regular first class mail. Postcards are even cheaper when sent at the automated rate.

This city is being run by IDIOTS!
