There is a difference between what is happening in Pickerington & what is happening in Liberty Union.
Liberty Union is counting on OSFC monies for current projects - Pickerington is not. The money raised by Issue 8 will cover ~ 70% of the locally raised funds needed. Monies that come from the OSFC will be used on projects further down the road, not the immediate buildings - so there is no risk in getting them complete.
