What's the difference between the Fix Four and the evil ones you describe?


Not a helluva lot.

Faces have changed

You're kidding yourself if you think there's any difference between the old guard and the new fantastic four. The only difference is the fantastic four haven't had the time to show all of their true colors, but their catching up quickly.

I would love to see someone resign from council and them fall over themselves working to appoint the former Prez of their little club.

Faces have changed but that's it.

Fear this!!

If you think the Fix four ignore the best interests of the Citizens of Pickerington then you should fear if fix controlled 6 or 7 like the good old days when they didn't have to worry about referendums and passed things as emergency. For those that remember the recent past then remember its beginings. We are there again.

I disagree

I really don't see the connection you're trying to make out between Jeff Fix and the old guard. There were no emergency measures. The Joint Economic Development Agreement went through three readings, with ample discussion at every stage. The current Council majority are for managed residential growth, commercial development and cooperation with the Board of Trustees. These are the goals that inspired defeat of the old guard. Hate to say this, but Councilmen Hackworth and Wisniewski, not the current majority, seem to have strayed from the fold, and have linked up with the only remaining member of the old guard on council.
