Yosemite Pam,
While browsing this morning I came across some helpful hints for you. Using the link to the left, go to the PATA History Pages and there you will find a plethera of useful information regarding past merger efforts.

I agree
Now is not the time to confuse the arena with merger or merger talks. The attention needs to focus on finding a way to make the proposed economic agreement give the city some breathing room. It's a sranglehold, baby!

Research spot
I just figured that was a place for Pam to start putting something together better then her pathetic rhetorical sales pitch. I am beginning to believe that Pam is a nom de plume for Fix posting to distract readers from his subterfuge. Also, she shares his tendency to talk and talk and talk the sales pitch but cannot or will not put together data to support her case. She insists others to do the work for her. Who does this sound like? (Try this - ''I volunteer, I volunteer'' but he never delivers)
I don't know whatever happened to the Patriot but we need to get back on track with a citizen initiative to establish ourselves as a city township to protect ourselves. Then we need to work in cooperation with Canal Winchester to seal a deal for economic cooperation as they are the only adjacent entity capable of doing something profitable to both of us. The township has nothing but a hand out to take profits.
Continuing this banter with Pam is a waste of time. She appears to be the sole voice of a merger. I believe she should, as another poster suggested, start up a new blog of her own to debate the topic as it is evident that all but her postng to this site are against a merger.

NOPE
''Pam is a nom de plume for Fix'' NOT, NO Nuca Nada... I know Pam, definitely not Jeff Fix...much smarter. You may not agree with her but she does bring intelligent, respectful insight into many PATA threads. I appreciate this greatly.
