Two weeks ago, the Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce posted a copy of the document on its Web site and sent one to each of its 400 members asking for feedback.
Chamber President Helen Mayle presented the results to council.
''At this time the Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, with input from our members, is 100 percent behind the concept of the agreement,'' Mayle said.
''The city of Pickerington and Violet Township should be working together for economic development of the Pickerington area,'' she said.

Quite the ringing endorsement there for this great plan. ''... support the concept...''
I think most people support the concept of working together. I just haven't found anyone other than the 4 amigos on council and the 3 from the township who actually support THIS agreement.
