Pickerington Area Taxpayers Alliance

Has anyone heard about a new softball facilty being built at Pickerington North? Supposedly they are attempting to attract large tournaments in the near future and a bigger scale facilty is needed.

Any info would be appreciated?

Where to start?

Currently there is no concession building for the North Softball Complex. There is a very nice one at Central, which was paid for and built by the Boosters. Maybe North is trying to do something similar for their complex and could be working entirely throught their Booster Organization as well.

Jim Brink & Lori Sanders are the listed liasions for Athletics OR Wes Monhollen & Lori Sanders are the listed liasions for facilities and grounds on the BOE Website. I'm not sure which set is the right one to contact, but maybe Lori Sanders since she is a liasion for both?

Better be booster money

I can tell you this... any new facility for that monstrosity at North damn well better be paid for with booster money alone. If the school board agrees to put one more dollar into the athletic facilites there, I will personally knock on each one of their front doors demanding a answer as to why.

These people have crapped all over the athletics at Central long enough. It better stop and it better stop now!
