Well it's not going to go away if the services are farmed out so I don't see your logic, if you're attempting to use some.

I also don't see that still occurring in the city vs the spending I see occurring in the twp with fire services.

This free land should make a good location for the next Pickerington fire station after the next initiative or two.

No... most of the free land is too wet for any additional construction in fact the design of the police station had to be changed because of the wetness issue, costing city taxpayers even more than the free sewer line road etc that they already donated to the developer.
