Hiring high school students to throw away confidential infromation?

Throwing that information into an OPEN Trash bin in a back alley?

After being made aware of the problem doing NOTHING to resolve the situation and leaving the trash dept pick it up and throw it into a landfill vs shredding it?

The city needs someone that is going to represent the community in a positive light. Something the present mayor has failed to do.
