Not good for Picktown schools

Posted in: PATA
I read in yesterday's Times-Sun that Central's Principal Chuck Kemper is leaving to become an Assistant Superintendent for Southwest Licking High School.

Parents are not going to be happy about this.

Is Kemper just another in a succession of high-performing, well-respected administrators to leave the PLSD?

Why is he leaving? Was he asked to leave? Did he just get sick of things here? Is it due to conflict with the new superintendent?

I'm concerned.

Tough School

Sad to see him go. He did a great job and kept that school under control. These are big shoes to fill.

Central unlike North is a tough school. It will take a special person to replace what he was able to do.

I am glad that my children are now out of that school now that he is leaving.
Huh?

Please enlighten us...

Why is Central such a tougher school that North?
