I sure hope the plan of a particular councilman to sent out letters to all who signed the referendum petition backfires. I am a signer and can tell you one thing, it is an invasion of privacy to take our names and addresses for solicitation purposes.

This will not be the end of it

Dear Signer

Not only is this certain councilman willing to invade your privacy, he will do it with your tax dollars. I am sure at this very moment there is a clerical person in the township office transcribing those names and addresses from the petitions into a data base to print mailing labels.

I hope you will be more than willing to sign again when we start the effort to form our own paper township to stop this abuse of our tax dollars.
