REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA
7:30 P.M.

E. ORDINANCE 2007-14, ?“AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING WITH VIOLET TOWNSHIP, CANAL WINCHESTER, BLOOM TOWNSHIP, AND LANCASTER,?” First Reading, Fix.

When did Fix know about this? Why didn't he mention this to the other members of council? Why was he giving away the city's rights when Dunlap claimed this MOU had been in the works for over a year. Clearly the Trustees knew about it so why were they insisting on Pickerington giving up its rights to annex and to conform it boundaries and half of its income taxes?

More holding out

Service committee met tonight and they wouldn't dicuss the township's answer to the economic agreement. So who's telling the committe chairwoman not to discuss it? Mayor? Manager? Trustee(s)? I doubt Chairwoman Hammond, from some of her previuos answers, has a clue what's going on.
