Since then....
I heard that the offerers didn't want to make public statements about the treatment they received by the BoE. They want to do business in the future in this area and judging by the reactions on this site by obviously either board members or member sympathizers, they would have been humiliated to have to deal with the payback from the board.
Pickerington paybacks go far beyond what people like Shaver are capable of.

You are so typical. If you don't get the facts on this website, it's a hallucination. The major facts were presented to the supt. and the school board...WHERE THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN!!!
The fact that the parties involved didn't negotiate on this web site makes it a hallucination in your eyes. If you aren't spoon fed here, it didn't happen? Give me a break!
Why don't you get off your duff ask the supt. or the school board for correspondence between the two parties and then maybe you'll get your who, what, when, where, why and how head out of your rectum.

Some questions
What are the facts???
Is the school board paying for a road re-alignment?
Who owns the property after this is done at the NW corner of Tollgate and Refugee?
Who has re-zoned it to commercial and what kind of commercial district is it now zoned?
Has the county engineer (who control whether a traffic signal is justified) signed off on place a traffic light at this intersection? Who pays for it?
Will this Tollgate re-alignment be a public road? Will it be built to the county standards? Who will maintain this road?
Reading the article it seemed to say he the school was ?“hoping?” for a reimbursement from someone and I can only assume the county.
Does this new intersection meet the newly adopted access management plan from Violet Township? I am assuming Tollgate is a township road.
