I regret the distasteful direction my posting below went in. I was just hoping to be able to generate some respectful discussion on a subject that will become the most predominant issue in the community. I should have known that the usual detractors would come in and show me I was wrong.
It just goes to show that more than councilmen, mayors, school board members and trustees can disappoint us. In forums like these we can also disappoint ourselves.
