This law does not protect

Hey idiot if you think your child is safer with the restriction of 1,000 feet from a park you are asking for trouble. This guy can move 1,001 feet away from the park and still be just as much of a threat as he is living 572 feet from the park.

THERE ARE NO RESTRICTIONS OF THIS SAME PERSON WORKING WITHIN 1000 FEET FROM A SCHOOL OR PARK.

The Keith SP law is useless. I only hope I am not proven right.

What about SP parents?

A few months back a father who had been convicted of a sex crime was coming and going at the elementary school and outraged parents complained to the school. THe Attorney General says they can't keep him from his child and they can't keep him out of the school if he is picking up his kid.
