No one else had any comments and discussion was closed...

So nobody gave the chair of service her marching orders to respond. So the chair of service didn't ''think'' there was a plan. This is beyond belief.

Was Mrs. Riggs even at the meeting? She, the former council president, the senior council member, had no comment?

Hey, to all of you high school students who read this site, why don't you share your thoughts on the leadership of this issue. My thought is there is probably more closed door, backroom meetings going on and Mrs. hammond has been left out. Mr. Fix shopped his agreement for a committee and this is going to wind up in somebody's lap who probably didn't even ask for it.

If you read the next paragraph, Current Council President Smith says that the response doesn't have enough votes to pass. Are you now shopping for votes like Fix did behind the public eye? Vote on the darn thing and if it doesn't pass, revise and move on. This new administration is dragging its feet again for weeks like the old administration which makes you the NEW old administration. I can't believe I actually thought you were going to help us old timers.

P.S. Keith, I haven't seen squat about you doing anything about your campaign promise of getting us seniors a tax break. This stupid agreement certainly isn't it, is it? You used to be able to respond on this web page, what the heck happened to you, boy. I'm older than you so I can say that!
