A previous poster copied an article re: the city manager's contract from This Week in Pickerington. The article states she was hired by a 4-3 vote. The city council minutes reflect it was a vote of 6-0 at the first meeting, a 5-2 vote at the second meeting and a 4-2 vote at the third meeting.

Obviously the reporter didn't check the meeting minutes like I did, so somebody probably spoon fed him. I wonder who it was? Sean, care to share it with us?

And they say there no spin from city hall.

More mis-leadership

City hall can say what ever they want.
Nobody double checks them.
Certainly not the reporters.

Living in a glass house

It seems that someone must struggle to find fault with City Hall. The minutes of all meetings are posted on the city's web site. If the reporter failed to look up his facts prior to print I can't see how that is a City Hall issue. I remember when those minutes were never posted.

As for the fact checker it seems between the weather and a slow sports weekend someone didn't have much to do.
