The city/mayor knows how and where to buy a recorder. They also have the money since they're not rescheduling Professor Letz Holdhandz. The city/mayor, I'm guessing here, didn't want it recorded.

At the last meeting, I heard there was a propsal that council members sign an agreement not to talk to the press. That brainstorm came AFTER the press had left. Mr. Sabatino had a little 1st amendment issue with that, I'm pretty sure.
