Should Mr. FIx resign May 9th?

Posted in: PATA
This economic agreement sponsored by Mr. Fix has polarized this community. When the charter amendments pass on the 8th and the people have spoken, should Mr. Fix step down? His ideaology would then seem to be at odds with the citizens he is supposed to represent.

Your thoughts.

Why wait?

I guess my question is why wait until issue 9 passes? Why not now? The sooner the better. I believe it will take a recall for that to happen though.

Guys like Jeff Fix, Brian Sauer, Gavin Blair, and Charles Elsea are very dangerous to this community. We have Fix taking advantage of the youth of the community to convince them that he is much smarter than the average person and knows what is best for the community. As we have seen in his campaign literature he takes credit for everything possible. He takes credit for PATA and he had very little to do with that. He got involved with the Community First and he failed terribly there. He was so desperate to run for City Council (because he saw weakness in the sitting council members) that he was willing to lie about his voter registration to the County Board of Elections so to establish a residency. When he did run, those that he felt were bad for the city had moved on and he then lashed out against the very people and the groups of people that put him where is today. He needs a boogeyman to run against. Do we need him?

This is all about JEFF FIX and no one else. What he and his young Republicans are doing is trying NOT to offend anyone in the township so that they can preserve that vote for future runs for higher office. They don?’t know any better but Jeff does.

I think maybe Mr. Fix needs to do some home work prior to going out on the limb he is sitting on. I just received some information from the Pickerington Chamber of Commerce. It only confirms my previous notions about the populations of the City. They say there are 14,968 City of Pickerington residents, and they say there are 17,495 township residents. The point here is the city will surpass the township population soon. That is only 843 new homes and the city has over 1500 approved lots. The question is not will it happen but when it will happen.

That also means in the very near future (5 years) the city population will surpass the township population and the city voters can then control who the township trustees are by vote from their larger population base.

Don?‘t think the trustee are not aware of this. This is why they want to restrict the growth of the City from annexing residential land. This isn?’t about protecting the schools this is about protecting Terry Dunlap and the farm. Jeff can?’t figure that out. He has hooked his wagon to Weltlich and he is not looking back.

For you City residents who wonder where your money to the township is going and what it is being used for in the very near future you might have the opportunity to find out if we oust Fix now!!

I have been gone for a while, but what are these Young Republicans doing? Are Charles Elsea and Gavin Blair running for City Council as well with Brian Sauer? I had heard the Elsea family was moving out west anyways. Just curious.
Just Brian

We heard that just Brian was planning on runnning for council. For sure we need others to run as I do not think this community can afford anymore Fix picks nor do we want them.
