A. MOTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO IMMEDIATELY PUBLISH THE EDITED VERSION OF A DOCUMENT TO ALL OF THE CITIZENS OF THE CITY OF PICKERINGTON, AND THAT IT GOES OUT IN THE MAIL NO LATER THAN THIS FRIDAY (TABLED, 05-01-07)

I assume it didn't come out of committee, unless it got a waiver. Or was it the Mare?

Ah, the good ol' days

I remember when the Mayor took office, said people could come and speak at council, even during discussion of an ordinance; longer than 5 minutes if they wanted. The residents were going to be able to have their say.

And now, public comments have been dropped from the council agenda Thursday. Because they're aware nobody will come and speak in favor of there scheme. So shut the opposition out without comments. Tsk.Tsk.

This isn't about the citizens and their comments, even though they know it's a citizen's initiative issue. It's about them. Were now getting to know their real personalities.

And now we get to blame this on a mayor in an upcoming election in which he may not run. I think we know which councilman and trustee are pulling the strings.
