We keep talking about a JEDD and all but lost in this conversation is a CEDA agreement. Now Violet Township entered into a CEDA with Canal back in 2001. Since then they came up with the Big Box development and they were only offering a JEDD to Pickerington. They are close enough to annex that area so why not a CEDA?
