Very close at North
I think they have around 1725 students enrolled at North. The capacity is a little over 1800. I know some parents who have their chidlren attending and that is what they say also. I think that also affect the atheltic divisions and Central is in a lower division because they only have around 1050 enrolled with 1800 capacity.

Not sure about Central Mom, but I have children that go to Central.
The enrollment has not been 1050 in a few years. Current enrollment is 1350. Maybe the other poster made a typo?
This could be verified by a call to the school office if folks don't believe.

Need more info
I wanted to address a couple of other issues in regard to the PLSD web site. Basically they seem to pride themselves in posting useless information. As I tried to work my way through the site they allow you to open up the 2005 facilities report. I am not that report was ever adopted by the school board and about two months ago the school board adopted a new ten year master plan. Now the master plan is official. That clearly states to board's position and where they think the district is headed. Yet I can NOT find that plan. Can someone help me with that? Is there and I am not skilled enough to open it up or find it?
Each year the schools do a head count and they make a big deal out of it. Yet, I find no where on the PLSD web site where they post the enrollment numbers for each school in the district. Isn't creating a PDF file fairly easy now just as easy to post?
I believe there is a fear on the part of the school administration that they don't want to be proven wrong or some projections be challenged.
