Now, we need some candidates for some council seats so I can run this show from my blackberry.
Sowerpuss, you're in cause I say so. Got it! Now here's your tactic. Lower taxes and cooperation. And that lost revenue thing. That got good polling data.

You see the sheep won't even check to see that their taxes have gone up under my watch. And cooperation, everybody wants that. Even you and the wifey. Are you married? Aw, who cares. Lost revenue. That's as good as that soccermom thing Clinton used.

But if it's not true what if I get called on it?

Oh yea, and scare with that homes stuff. Nobody cares they are building and zoning in the township. Long as they're big homes to keep the riff raff out in the high density homes like Sheffield, Preston Trails, or Melrose.

Don't you live in Melrose? And the mayor in Preston Trails?

I believe the platform will also include scare tactics and glorious exaggerations about tons of money coming into the City. So much money that we will build Rec centers in every subdivision and it will be FREE. When the JEDD money starts rolling in we will be able to stop the income tax collection in the city on all residential property owners. All of the roads will be of superior standards with inlaid brick at every intersection. It has to be true. ALL OF OUR DEBT WILL BE PAID OFF!!!! Hallelujah!!!! The Mayor said it and Fix said. Who else to ask? Even the Township Trustee said it, ''It is free money to the City''. This is the township's gift to the city to make up for all of that screwing they have given the city taxpayers over the years. OHHHH How glorious. Ohh Jeffy you are so smart. How has this city got along without you? We have wasted our money for years on professional managers and development directors and you come along and solve all of our problems in only 16 months for FREE.

I noticed Jeffy you said in your NO ON 9 flyer that the city will now receive MILLION(S) OVER TIME. Just how much time you talking about here Fix?

I also noticed that you said the city had the opportunity to participate in a number of JEDDs from Franklin County to the Lancaster City Limits. What is the exact NUMBER you are talking about. I lived out here a long time and I think Greenfield Township begins just a couple a hundred yards east of Allen road all the way to Lancaster. So how do you plan to enter into a JEDD in Greenfield Township if they are not a part of this five party MOU? Do we make a SIX party MOU? What about Carroll? Maybe a 7 way MOU?

If the City of Pickerington and Violet Township INVEST in infrastructure in say Greenfield Township (which is Bloom Carroll Schools) how does that help our PLSD? Isn't there some restrictions in the CEDA between Canal Winchester and Violet about the outside parties being resisted by the CEDA members? I know you are the expert but wouldn't that make from the Franklin county line to just west of Pickerington Road OFF LIMITS to any future JEDDS? So the only area available to improve the real estate tax base for the PLSD is basically between Pickerington road and Allen Road. Aren't there a lot of houses between those two roads?

Jeffy I know you are a wonderful negotiator and we no longer need a professional staff but why would one of these other townships around want to invite Pickerington into one of these JEDDs? Now I have read estimates for getting an interchange moved to Allen Road will cost the LOCAL government between $25 and $50 Million. To open up the northern parts of Bloom township from US 33 I think they would need to build a road across about 3/4 of mile of creek bottom land and I have not heard of anyone willing to give a ball park estimate on that. So Jeffy who pays off that debt? You takes on the debt? Will some big time developer pay for and expect NOTHING from Violet twp? I was talking with members of the US 33 alliance last year and they would create a TIF to widen Allen Road. Exactly how does that help our city taxpayer's base? SMACKKKK!!! Oh I am so sorry Jeffy I started thinking.

(By the way, how are things going there with the new Democrats in the majority on council? Leadership issues there too, huh?)

Anywho, I'm also endorsed by the mayor. I don't think he's a member of the NWRC anymore, kind of a political hotbed and hot so good for him right now. He told me there are curbs in politics and to hit 'em and keep on movin'.
