Write a letter
Guys I don't think any of you should expect five star treatment at any fast food restaurant. I bought one of those gray discount cards from the North High School Band boosters and when I am not working during the week I have had lunch with my wife and I for less than $5 BUCKS. Yes they use frozen hamburger and some time a little too much mustard or salt but for five bucks for two I am not complaining.
I have had problems with my order getting screwed up at the McDonalds. Like any good citizen I tried to call them using the number listed in the phone book. It was a FAX number and that only infuriated me more. The evening in question they had a lot of High School kids working there. When I drove over steaming they wouldn't give me new (over salted) French fires or refund my money. So like anyone upset I sit down and wrote them a letter. A couple of days later the adult manager called and offered me over $20 in coupons for my troubles. So the moral of the story is complaining here on PATA will do very little to resolve your problems at McDonalds.
