another observation
Well, that was an interesting posting. Since I was a supporter of Riggs last time she ran and supported that group as a whole for 2 of the last 4 years I attended several meetings just to be involved before I became disenchanted by the new councilmen and mayor. I didn?’t specifically witness the last poster?’s observation but I did more than once hear her say after the meeting I got to get out of here before any reporters ask me anything because I didn?’t read my packet. I also saw her at finance meetings so out of touch with the subject at hand it was clear she had no clue as to what they were talking about. I only attended a couple of service meetings and planning and zoning meetings but I always saw O?’Brien on top of his game. He was never unprepared uninformed or inattentive.
