Shaver commited a hit skip at the alley off Hill Road. He hit a car waiting at the light and left the scene saying that he thought he hit the curb.

This past summer he dumped dozens of boxes of confidential client records containing names, social security numbers and medical records into his dumpster. Those records proceeded to get blown all over the neighborhood. The story was covered not only in the newspapers but also on TV.

If you don't think this is true, you're either uninformed, not paying attention or simply as dillusional as Shaver is. I'm certain that by now he's convinced himself that all this never happened.
