I heard on Channel 4 news this evening that someone got shot and died in the hospital from Pickerington. Does anyone know anything about this? They gave the address as Simsbury Court. Sounded like a home invasion.

Pickerington man fatally shot inside his home
Sunday, November 4, 2007 7:00 PM

Investigators were looking for three men in dark clothing in connection with the fatal shooting of a Pickerington man in his home late Saturday night.

Rodriccos Williams, 36, was shot inside his home at 100 Simsbury Ct., at about 11 p.m. Saturday, Pickerington police said.

After three men entered the home, Williams was shot and came outside, where he collapsed in a neighbor's yard, police said. He was taken to Grant Medical Center, where he later was pronounced dead.

No other details about the attack were released.

An autopsy will be conducted Monday morning, Franklin County Coroner Brad Lewis said.

Pickerington police have asked for the assistance of the state Bureau of Identification and Investigation.

OK OK I read the NBCI clip and they almost say nothing. They give the mans name and his address. On the TV they showed children's toys in the yard and bullet holes around the front door frame. Who was is this guy? Was it random? and do the rest us need to worry about arm intruders entering our home late at night shooting us or our family? Simsbury is not some slum over run with gangs or drugs
