Conflict of Interest

I think the rest of the council was working on her severance pay much like she received from the Secretary of State's office last January. It would have been unethical for her to have been present. So maybe we should give her a break after all she is the ethics queen and she wouldn't want any kind of conflict of interest to fall over the rest of council. .
