Whisper campaign

I think it might be time to end the whisper campaign I can assure you that Joyce Bushman will not be the next Pickerington City Manager. Just asked yourself would you take that pay cut? The City is not going to have the bucks available to pay what she is currently making. It is always amusing to see postings of the totally uniformed on this web site.
