If you own he will tax it. If you earn he will tax it. Get ready to dig deep into your pockets to pay for the mess at city hall. Smith and Fix have lead the city into a corner with their generosity with your tax dollars. The sad part is that most of what they continue to give away is going to the township and they could not care less about how the city is running.
