Hi,
Lets see this year they planted grass on the leftover dirt from the North/Lakeview construction, yes the pile that probably should have been cleaned up during construction. The grass grew pretty well. Now there are heavy construction equipment out moving that dirt, and the newly planted grass to different locations on the dirt pile. At first I thought they may be taking it to use as fill at the new school sites, but no just moving it around on the same pile. Huge off road dump trucks and track hoes...whats up school officials?
btw did not see silt fences near the stream during this work, beware the friends of Blacklick Creek environmental group did file lawsuits during the walmart construction because of this same issue. Muddy water kills aquatic wildlife and plants.
