Who is managing perceptions? What's the district's $68,000 spin doctor, Amanda Morris, doing?
Oh yeah, she's focusing on ''internal communications.'' In other words, she's the $68,000 ''clerk.''
I can think of an immediate way the board can save $68,000.
How many textbooks does $68,000 buy, anyway? Too bad an incompetent spin doctor is worth more to the board than educating the kids.
