It's interesting how Mr. Fix needs to endorse non-incumbent candidates for council. It shows us that Mr. Hackworth and Mr. Wisniewski are independant thinkers and not the mind numb robots he needs to keep a majority of council seats to control votes. That's what this election comes down to.
Although he's able to endorse the incumbent school board members. Does that make the school board members his robots?
City council doesn't need HIS rookies. Support those who have shown that they have a spine when negotiating with the township and saved us residents tax dollars.

No More Puppets
One thing we do not need is more Fix puppets. When we cast our votes this November it is our opportunity to send a clear message to Fix that we are no longer going to allow him to control council and waste more of our tax dollars.

Do you see a pattern?
I read in the Times-Sun this morning two letters endorsing Heidi Riggs for Mayor. One was signed by a Branden Meyer. Turns out Branden is her campaign treasurer. Branden is also a township resident and a realtor according to his letter. Momma always told me, you will be known by the company you keep.
Not to ignite a conspiracy theory but why would a candidate for the Mayor of Pickerington have a township resident be her treasurer? He is a young man living with his parents writing a letter to endorse a person he hopes to become Mayor of a city that he does not live in. Why would he care? It would be like me writing a letter to endorse Bill Todd for the Mayor of Columbus and why would anyone in Columbus care what I think?
The second letter was from a Mitzi Matheney who lives in Columbus.
Couldn't Heidi get anyone that actually lives here to endorse her election for Mayor?
Last week we had a Township trustee who lives in the unincorporated areas of Violet Township endorse Brian Sauer. Same deal as above.
What does it say about a candidate that CAN'T find a couple of people that will live under the same government that they are endorsing candidates to be elected? Does Branden or Weltlich care if Heidi and Brian give away millions of city taxes dollars to the township in fact I believe they are encouraging it.
WARNING:!!!! ELECTING CANDIDATES THAT ONLY HAVE TIES TO OUTSIDE INTERESTS OF THE CITY IS DANGEROUS TO YOUR WALLET.
Just remember Fix who financed his 2005 campaign by outside interests and his entire time on council has been to repay those interests in city taxpayer dollars.
Why would you befriend a realtor for your campaign? Why would you have him as part of your campaign staff? If Pickerington buys this cooperation crap from the Fix Foursome then hold on for the ride of your life and the loss of city revenues. He has got two air heads, an egomaniac liar and a dumb kid running. NOTHING GOOD CAN COME OUT OF THIS.
