It appears the city & township are co-operating on the parade -- two celebrations this weekend.

Please note that the these two celbrations are in a city park, policed by city police department, cleaned up by city crews, and the replanting of the grass of the parks I am sure the township may have paid a fee for a couple of bands none of us have ever heard of.
