Amazing! What a salesman he must have been to get the votes to pull that off. Here's a guy who only wants to run the world and he was just handed the tools to do it.

A former mayor told me that Jeffy's planned changes to our charter essentially strip the mayor's position of anything but kissing babies and cutting ribbons. So now hw has placed himself in the position of first in line for that position. Makes you wonder just how smart he is.
