New rules

As far as impact fees go it's obvious there's very little construction going on in the city therefore there is very little $ from impact fees.
Impact fees

Impact fees for a new single family home:

total: $3,762.24

Police: $767.46

Parks rec.: $1,658.22

Gen gov: $514.47

Streets: $748.32
Hold on Fella

What about all this commercial construction. Why didn't you list those fees.

Haven't we been told how great the commercial end is doing and those fees are HIGHER.

What is your motive for trying to hide this info?
Why not list how much the 5.5 mil police levy brings in?
How much do park fees bring in?
Don't tell us that just because the housing is slow that the income has dried up.

Again, I urge a no vote!

Old rules, not new

Before you whine any more I suggest you look up the real rules, not the ones you're fabricating so you can complain.

It's not a ''new'' rule, it's old. I looked it up here
