Man accused of firing shots during a brawl in Pickerington

PICKERINGTON ?— Police arrested a 21-year-old Canal Winchester man following a fight during which he allegedly fired three gunshots at Courtright Drive and Blenheim Court.
Police responded to the scene where witnesses said a group of teens got into an argument that escalated into a fight.
Witnesses told police Michael White ran to his vehicle, grabbed a gun and shot at least three rounds.
No injuries were reported. Police checked the area for damages, but they found none.
White was taken to the Fairfield County Jail. Charges are pending.
Pickerington police say this incident is unrelated to the recent threats and vandalism at Pickerington Central High School.
