Patrol low-manpower OVI checkpoint in Pickerington tonight
MAY 8, 2009
LANCASTER ?– The Ohio State Highway Patrol, in conjunction with the Pickerington Police Department, Fairfield County Sheriff?’s Office and the Franklin County OVI Task Force, announced today that a low-manpower OVI checkpoint will be conducted from 7 p.m. to 11 p.m. tonight on Refugee Road east of State Route 256, in Pickerington.
The OVI checkpoint, funded by fines from impaired drivers and other federal funding, is planned to deter and intercept impaired drivers. Only those traveling eastbound on Refugee Road will be affected.
The checkpoint is in conjunction with nearby saturation patrols, which aggressively combat alcohol-related injury and fatal crashes.

I am wondering if Fix and the boys are going to have one of their off the agenda meetings this evening at the Grapevine?
Hopefully they get the police dash cam pointed right to get clear pictures.
