Now Pickerington permits cookie-cutter
homes on 60 foot lots! You are a joke Pickerington!!! Canal Winchester,
Grove City, Reynoldsburg and Gahanna look at Pickerington, laugh and say,
''This is how we shouldn't build residential communities. We know our schools can't handle such reckless growth and neither will Pickerington's schools!''
Pickerington, you have more work-out places than Columbus!! How many gyms
do you need? If Pickerington were a real city, they would have a recreation
center with a full workout facility. Instead that money went to developers
and city residents have to pay for their own gym. What about a Community
Pool? Nope, Pictown can't afford that. But hey, Pictown will give free
water and sewer taps to the residential developers! Pickerington can spend $175,000 on some lawyer to fight laws enacted by the state. How is this helping the community? How is this benifiting the taxpayer? Who's actually paying
for this? Those city folk with no recreation center and no pool, that's
who! You're being nickle and dimed to death while some fat-cat lawyer gets rich, first representing developers, then representing the city to fight annexation reform legislation. Those folks in city hall are EVIL!!!! They have no regard for the taxpayer and continue to squander city resident's money!!!
But Mark and ''A Few Strong'' Loudmouths and Doug Parker and Randy Hughes and
the rest of the city building is telling you everything is wonderful and
''Pickerington?... We're great!'' More lies!!! The fact of the matter is when
the city runs out of land or opportunities to increase their residential tax
base, and PLSD has become a model of mediocrity, all hell is going to break
loose and the city will be begging for residents to pay more and get less.
(How can you get any less? I don't know) Meanwhile, the developers will
have moved on too. East to Baltimore?
Don't be fooled and don't believe the lies and, most importantly, don't
believe a word Mark says or endorse any candidate he supports! Mark has been recorded by this web site as being one who twists the truth... a liar!!!

The truth comes out
Finally, the truth is revealed. Thanks, Uher, for clarifying something that been sticking in my craw for over a month now. One of the Council incumbents seeking reelection said something in the papers a couple of times that I couldn?’t quite attach to someone. I can?’t remember exactly which incumbent said it, as they all only say what Bushman tells them to say and Watiker writes for them to say, so it?’s all basically the same. They seem incapable of generating an original thought among them. One of them has said a couple of times things about Township residents causing Council, in their opinion, unnecessary duress by their interference in City matters. Well, thanks to the unmitigated trash you have posted here, exactly who those people referred to are is revealed. It?’s you and your ?“dirty dozen?”. It?’s you and your Citizens for a Better you know what. First I thought it might be a group of diligent, dedicated people who realize what Council is capable of doing to the Township and taking action to change it, but no, it?’s you. What you failed to realize when you put the dirty dozen together is just what the City government continually forgets ?– we are not stupid. We see through your deceptions. We know you are simply another tentacle of the Berry-Bushman-Gray dominion. We know you claim to want to bring the community together when the majority, if not all of your dirty dozen are the very reason it is being torn apart. You, personally, are simply a hit man for Yocum. Someone says something he doesn?’t like and he sends you out to attempt to assassinate their character. You are a big part of the wedge that is dividing Pickerington, the Township and the PLSD.
You are a hypocrite.
Oakes and Powers for School Board? YES! A majority shift is what is needed. Change is what is needed. (For you and your dirty dozen to fade away into oblivion is what is needed.) The 1, 5 and 10 year plans by January? What kind of stupid question is that? If that were to happen, you would simply dismiss it at the ?“Oakes Doctrine?”. You would say she didn?’t play well with others in writing them and just did it on her own. Give us a break ?– she is a professional, unlike you and the dirty dozen. With your close and personal friends Sanders and Carlier out of the picture, the new Board will undoubtedly act together as a team to work out issues, such as planning and fiscal prudence.
Uher, you have a common thread in all your diatribes in this forum. You keep mentioning fear and intimidation. You have mentioned threats against yourself. Is there any chance you are either a.) extremely paranoid (for which there is medicine and therapy) or b.) so starved for attention that you keep alluding to threats, fear and intimidation so people will feel sorry for you and give you an ear? I think that is called Munchausen Syndrome. Actually I hope that the new Board, as a whole, stands up, folds their arms and turns their back to you the next time you speak at a meeting. Maybe then you?’ll get the message, but we know better. But Munch (may I call you Munch?) you will never get the message and the Board is too professional to do that.

The truth comes out
On to Amy?’s comments, Munch. Let me join her in asking just exactly what has the dirty dozen done for any of us? Anything at all? Or have you just spouted more of your hate like you did in the Pickerington for Kids boondoggle? You are the poison, Munch, and the voters are the cure.
I can address your comments about SBH not getting published, because SBH and I have spoken about it. He or she has sent his letters with his or her name, address and phone number. Remember 2 things, Munch, we are not the stupid ones here, you are. And second, Council owns Claffey and most, if not all of the other reporters. What do you think Watiker?’s job is? Before her it was someone else. Nothing gets published without her stamp of approval. When is the last time you have seen the ?‘other?’ side of a story published? Outside letters to the editor, the local media thinks the current leaders of this community are doing a fine job.
One quick note on this subject, Munch. If the Pickerington Sun-Times has published nothing but letters to the editor condemning Council and the Board majority for such a long time now, unless they were written by someone in the regime, why would they endorse the incumbents? If the vast majority of the readers that have the courage to write are against everything the regime stands for, why would the paper say they were all wrong and they should vote to keep things the same? You want to know one of the reasons why SBH hasn?’t been published? There?’s just too many letters to the editors speaking out against the status quo to print. Someone had to be dropped. And the regime picked SBH, because his or her writing style was probably evident and associated with his postings here in this forum. The regime probably pick which letters were the least damaging or at least the ones that they could apply plausible deniability to.
I won?’t even say a word about uvtr?’s comments. You can?’t add to perfection.
So far in the discussion topic you created, Munch, you have been called a liar, a hypocrite, venomous, a liar, inactive, a screamer, a liar, a power addict, a loudmouth and a liar. Can you take a hint?
Go away. You are not wanted. You?’ve worn out your welcome in the public eye of this community.
Don?’t take any of this as a threat. No physical harm is wished upon you. Only your lack of presence here is wished upon us.

Wow!!
Voter, u.v.t.r, and Soap Box Hero can certainly name call. I'm impressed.
However, it is hard to reply to individuals who are afraid to sign their names. Many people consider PATA to be an organization promoting wide-spread hatred in the community. I only wish more people would tune into this website. Why do so many people on this website have to hide their identities? Are these people who hide their identities killers, terrorists or just plain lunatics?
I also want to thank Voter, u.v.t.r., and Soap Box for writing comments on this PATA website. The comments have helped our fund raising efforts on behalf of various candidates espousing cooperation, teamwork and communication enormously. This week, we distributed the now classic Soap Box Hero?’s comments on October 21 entitled ?‘Last Rites for Mr. Uher?’ throughout the community. We raised so much interest from citizens to address his comments that we had to contact the Secretary of State?’s office to determine how to deal with it (Fairfield County Board of Elections asked us to get their opinion).
I predict this community will re-elect/elect at least seven and probably eight of the nine pro-cooperation, teamwork and communication candidates running on November 6th. This website will have a large role in the election
