On November 3, 2001 prior to the November 6th general election, PATA specifically posted on this website on your homepage as well as in this discussion area a letter from Ed Laramee. Is Ed Laramee a PATA member? PATA officially labeled the mass mailing from the Pickerington Area Republican Club deceptive. What was the process by which PATA made that conclusion? Did PATA contact the Fairfield County Board of Elections or the Ohio Election Commission prior to arriving at your conclusion? Did PATA contact an elections attorney before labeling the information deceptive?

Please be aware that state and local officials and members of the media serving the Pickerington area may be monitoring this website?’s discussion pages. Therefore, all answers and references to this question may be used in legal proceedings and newspaper articles.

The date when PATA posted Mr. Laramee letter on your homepage was November 4, 2001 instead of November 3, 2001.

You may wish to seek some legal advice before answering questions to this posting. Is Mr. Jeff Fix a PATA member? Did Mr. Fix ever hold an office in PATA? Was Mr. Fix the PATA Newsletter Co-Editor with you? If so, from what period did he serve as a co-editor? Was Mr. Fix one of the candidates that PATA sought out and encouraged to run for office? Were you aware of the verbage on your home page on November 4, 2001 encouraging voters to vote for Mr. Fix (''the best men for the job at this time: Terry Dunlap and Jeff Fix'')? Were you ever asked to remove this posting from your homepage?
